RASYIDI BIN MD. DERIS
Managing Director

Rasyidi is a degree holder in Accounting from University Technology MARA and have been the member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants since year 2000. He is currently the Managing Director of H.I. CORPORATE SERVICES SDN. BHD., which provide corporate secretarial practices and financial and management consulting.

He has over 7 years of practical experience in diversified industries and is exposed to financial accounting, financial management, corporate secretarial practices and general administration.

MOHAMAD SHARIFF BIN SAREPUDIN
Principal, Ipoh

Shariff graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons), has been in the professional practice and was involved in auditing small to large corporation ranging from various industries including manufacturing, trading, co-operative and clubs, construction and statutory bodies. He is currently the Principal for Ipoh Office.

Whilst his work experience is solely in audit, he also gained exposure in Company Secretarial, taxation consultancy and share registration.

He is presently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as a Chartered Accountant.

PISON ABIDIN
Accounts Manager

Pison holds Honours Degree in Accounting from University Technology MARA with various exposure in accounting for trading , manufacturing and construction industries just to name a few. He is currently the Accounts Manager of Accounts Department of our firm in Shah Alam office.

His exposure in various corporate industries, gain him the ability to understand and document the clients’ accounting systems and internal control. Able to identify possible problems due to lack of corroborative evidence and controls. Have exposure and practical understanding of audit process and problems involved in the auditing of a company.

ABD GHAFAR MAT NOR
EDP Manager

He holds a degree with Honours in Accounting from University Utara Malaysia and has experience in facing tedious task of keeping accounting record in an orderly and disciplined manner.

He have over 3 years of practical experience in diversified industries, is exposed to financial accounting, usage of various computerised accounting application and financial tool. He is currently the Manager for EDP department.

FAIZOL HAMID
Secretarial Manager

Although he holds a degree with Honours in Accounting from University Technology MARA, he is specialised in the secretarial area.

He starts as an Assistant to the Company Secretary and climb himself up with the exposure and knowledge in secretarial duty and responsibility, he is now the Secretarial Manager of Secretarial department in Shah Alam office. With his experience and ability, he is able to encourage and promote proper conduct amongst directors, managers, members/shareholders and other officers of a corporation. He is also well equip with knowledge and various experience in ensuring that corporate and business activities are aligned with established norms of good corporate governance.
